Good evening everyone! Sorry I haven’t been around the past few day but I needed a little break and time to catch up around the house. I am back now though and super excited to share my first beauty box from Pretty & Polished. Each month on the 10th Pretty & Polished takes orders for the following month’s box. Supplies are limited and you can choose to sign up for either a one month, three month, six month, or twelve month option. Your box will include two exclusive box only blends, a mini from Pretty & Polished’s core line up, at least one beauty related item, and a few extra nail related goodies.
First up is a box exclusive Liquid Gold. This is a metallic gold to copper blend with a soft holographic shimmer. Application was wonderful! I used three coats in my photos.
Next up is the second exclusive, Day in the Park. This is a gorgeous light blue crelly packed with various glitters in different sizes and shapes. The glitter did stick together a little so I used a little dabbing to get even coverage. My photos are shown with 2 coats of Day in the Park and a coat of Gelous.
One of the extra nail related items was a bottle of Pretty & Polished’s Matte Top Coat. At first I wasn’t too excited about another matte top coat but this one blew me away. This was one of the fastest drying matte top coats I have used! I used one coat over Day in the Park to add a fun, soft Spring look.
Now the core line mini I was beyond excited to see! I have wanted Jawbreaker for a long time now and I finally have a baby bottle all of my own! Jawbreaker is a wonderful white crelly loaded with bright colored glitters in various sizes and shapes. Even though it was a mini, application was amazing! The only complaint I had was I wish the bottle had been labeled but that’s my perfection OCD talking. In my photos I am wearing three coats and a coat of Gelous.
Some of the extra goodies in the box was a custom printed Pretty & Polished emery board nail file, a polymer clay cane, and the amazing Coffee Junkie Cuticle Stick. Now to be honest I am using the cuticle stick as a chapstick and it is amazing! I have a LOT of chapstick and this is certainly my favorite right now.

The coverage with Day In The Park is really impressive! Matted (is that even a word?), it’s totally Easter candy. 🙂 Jawbreaker is super fun!
