Summer Collection 2015 by Pretty & Polished Part 2

Good evening everyone!  I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!  Tonight I am back with three more lovely lacquers from Pretty & Polished‘s Summer Collection 2015.  Last night I shared a wonderful black holo and a bright purple creme so if you missed it, you really need to check them out.  Now let’s take a look at more.

First up tonight we have Solar Flair.  This is a clear base blend with orange and yellow matte hexes, and when exposed to sunlight the clear base becomes a pink jelly.  It was recommended to wear over a base color so I went with OPI Alpine Snow.  I used just one coat of Solar Flair and one coat of Gelous.  I will note that you will want to be very precise with application, my white base showed at the edges..

Next up we have Coral Grimes, my favorite out of the five I tried out.  This is a dark coral crelly with red and orange flecks, and red glitters.  When warmed it chances to a very pale pink coral.  Application was fantastic!  In my photos I am wearing three coats of Coral Grimes and one coat of Gelous.

Lastly we have a glitter topper.  Breakin Hex and Cashin Checks is a clear base blend with pink, purple, and blue matte hexes in various sizes.  Application was easy and I didn’t have to fish for larger glitters.  In my photos I am wearing one coat of Breakin Hex and Cashin Checks over OPI Alpine Snow and sealed with a coat of Gelous.

So what do you guys think of today’s lacquers?  I loved Coral Grimes and I think Solar Flair could be fun if applied with care, I certainly want to give it a second try.  The new Summer Collection from Pretty & Polished releases June 1st and until then give them a follow on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for more pics and reveals.  Thank you so much for stopping by this evening and I will see you all again tomorrow. <3
