Happy Monday everyone! It has been a bit since I’ve last posted, I really needed some downtown to regather and figure where I wanted to go with Model City Polish. When I started Model City Polish 7 years ago, I was focused on nails. Since then I have slowly incorporated many of my loves into the blog but still with a strong focus on nails. While I will continue to share my love for all things nails, I am slowly going to start bringing in many of my other passions. Wether it’s my fur babies, my great state of Alabama, or food…you are going to see it all!
To kick off my return to blogging I am sharing the latest Cat Lady Box. Regulars have seen me share this box numerous times and know how much I love this subscription box. Those who visit often also knows I put my sub box on hold so I could start saving for the holidays. Well Cat Lady Box saw my post and decided to something incredibly amazing! They sent me the September box as a birthday gift!!! Not only do these guys love cats, they love their customers too!!!
The September Cat Lady Box is Teacher’s Pet themed and is loaded with some great goods for your desk. The shirt this month featured the phrase “I Speak Fluent Cat” and couldn’t fit me any more perfect! My fur babies and I have a very two conversations everyday. As always the shirt is super soft, high quality, and fits great!
Now one thing my fur babies look forward to each month is the two cat toys included in each Crazy Cat Lady Box, the standard Cat Lady Box does not include toys. This month Ali and Penny got a super fun Catnip Ruler that is perfect for kicking and has the perfect crinkle sound. They also received a Crunchy Catnip Apple Toy that crinkles and filled with some great catnip.
Next up we have a super usefully item that I can never have enough of. The cat Memo notepads with sticky strips on the back are perfect for little reminders.
Cat Lady Box was smart and made sure to include the perfect pen for writing those reminders. The Light-Up Cat pen has the cutest cat light on top that clicks on and off super easily.
Keeping with the Teacher theme and keeping your desk in order, Cat Lady Box included 6 adorable Cat Binder Clips. I can never have enough of these clips so I am so happy to have these awesome clips in my top desk drawer.
The Black Cat Scissors included in this month’s Cat Lady Box were a huge need for me! I have desperately been needing some scissors for my desk and now I have the most fabulous ones ever!
The featured artist this month is Jen Niles from Paxton, MA. This drawing is fitted to my daily life perfectly. Ali, my gray Maine Coon, is always the center of attention, even when I am at my desk working.
So what do you guys think of the Teacher’s Pet themed box from Cat Lady Box? I love it and see getting so much use out of all the goods!
