Good afternoon everyone! I hope all has been well! Boy has things been nuts since I last posted. The COVID-10 pandemic has really changed things! Last time I posted I shared how things were getting hectic and looking back now, that was a slow time. I have been pulling very long shifts at work, some weeks 6 days, and am looking forward to this whole mess being over! With the exception of work, I have been doing my part by staying put at home and taking advantage of delivery services and pickups. I don’t know what I would do without Wal-Mart pickup!
Along with the new pandemic, things at work have changed dramatically. We are now wearing masks all day and I am in charge of stocking the COVID-19 units so I am wearing gloves a lot. I am washing my hands literally every 20 minutes and have even been going without nail polish. Me, no nail polish?!?!?! What?!?!?! I am trying to be as careful as possible and don’t want to give the virus anywhere to hide, like under my nails or under my polish.
That’s where the new Go-Bananas Quick Dry-Peel Off Base Coat from SuperChic Lacquer comes into play. I do love polish so when I do get some time home I love to have my nails painted. Taking off in the morning can be a bit time consuming, especially with glitter, so I have been taking advantage of this base coat. It dries super quick and I can peel my polish off right before my shift! It’s a happy medium for me, I can get my love for lacquer in but still, be safe!
The Go-Bananas Quick Dry-Peel Off Base Coat by SuperChic Lacquer is a new product from SuperChic Lacquer and is perfect for heavy glitter lacquers or for like me, needing quick removal. I followed the instruction by the maker by applying 2 coats and allowing a minute for the dry time before applying my polish. In my first test run, I rocked Morphamas by SuperChic Lacquer. You can see this polish has tons of glitter in various sizes and can be a bit of pain to remove, like all heavy glitter lacquers. I sealed it all with Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat from SuperChic Lacquer. The next morning I removed the polish with ease while sitting in my car at the hospital.
One thing I will note that I learned from my first removal….you are going to want to have a way to wash your hands afterward. There was a very sticky residue left behind so you will want to give your hands a good soap scrub. Other than the extremely sticky residue, this product is exactly what I need right now! Since I am already washing my hands a lot, the residue is just minor inconvenience.
How do you think you would take advantage of a peelable base coat? If you need to remove your polish quick, Go-Bananas Quick Dry-Peel Off Base Coat by SuperChic Lacquer might just be the perfect product for you. SuperChic Lacquer is always coming out with new products to help out us lacquer lovers and staying ahead of the curve.
Thank you guys so much for stopping by today and I will be back soon. I am thinking about a more personal in-depth look at my current life at the hospital, what do you think? Love you all and keep at the social distancing!

Ive always worried that a peel off polish would hurt my nails but this sounds like good to use.

I could really use something like this because those gorgeous chunky glitters that I love are a real pain to remove. It would almost feel so wrong to peel off the polish though, as I spent many years breaking that teenage habit. Stay safe!
