Happy Halloween Everyone!!!! I hope you are all having a wonderful day! This day is certainly one of my favorites and brings back so many fond memories from my childhood. Halloween was always a big to do, we would spend weeks decorating and getting ready for the big night. Another tradition was nail art. I always looked forward to creating a fun Halloween themed look and going to school to show them off to all my friends. Back then colors and tools were limited but we worked with what we had. I so wish I had some photos of them to share with you guys. We accomplished a lot with toothpicks and just a few shades. My skills have also grown over the many, many years and today I am sharing my favorite look to date.
For my graveyard mani I started off with two coats of Abby by Zoya. Next I used Abby, Serenity, and Danielle by Zoya to create a purple night sky gradient. These all mixed really well together and gave the exact look I was going for. Now I used a makeup sponge with Willa by Zoya and dabbed a little along the nail end to create a grassy hillside. Lastly I used black stamping polish by MoYou Nails and the Halloween stamping plate from Marianne Nails to create my tombstone hillside. Everything was sealed with two coats of Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat by SuperChic Lacquer.
